If our class derives from Idisposable, and contains enourmous memory links

If our class derives from Idisposable, and need to call the Garbage Collector on demand.

If our class derives from Idisposable, and contains links to both managed & unmanaged code.

If our class derives from Idisposable, and contains enourmous memory links to managed code only,

Because, finalize is used to clear any unmanaged references because, Garbage collector wont have an idea how to remove unmanaged resource as it works only for managed resources.
